The rain is really coming down. Winter on the Central Coast of California. The rain is much needed. We are all getting a bit stir crazy, Mowgli & Mommy especially.
With all the rain, Mommy & Grandma Gemma came down with a cold, they seem to be getting better. We, the D'Penha babies are staying healthy and keeping everyone on track.
Our belly timers go off, think we may be growing, because it seems like the rumble begins every 2 1/2 - 3 hours. We both ate 6 oz (160 ml) during our afternoon feeding yesterday. Looks like we need more milk per feeding to keep our tummies happy.
We have started our "smile" talk, which can be quite fun. Our new friends, Elmo and Big Bird are fun, we however prefer seeing ourselves in the mirror or laughing at Grandma and our Auntie Janine. Daddy & Mommy are not so bad either.
We've been listening to our Disney music, well at least until Daddy finds us something more stimulating. We like to watch the glitter thingy bopper that Daddy got from the aquarium. It is also cool to watch the DVD fish aquarium that Auntie Juanita and Uncle Rene got for us. Most of all we like hanging with Daddy in the office watching the iTunes visualizer that goes along with his favorite music.
Grandma Gemma makes us do our belly and floor time in our jungle gyms. Lately Mowgli has joined us on the floor, but is very careful to walk around us.
We are not in too much of a hurry to grow up, well at least that is what we tell our parents. We change everyday ... this keeps everyone guessing what is next.
We look forward to seeing the sun again ... so we can get out of the house and look around.
