A week of firsts...

Mommy & Daddy took the babies to their first parade, Good Old Days in Pacific Grove. We went with our friends Lily, Ben, Pam & Tony. Grandma Gemma, Auntie Janine and Mowgli came along as well.

Mommy & Daddy took us to Osh to pick up plants for our garden. We got tomatoes (lots of them), a chili plant, basil, mint and cilantro. Our first time going to a store. Mommy & Daddy put is in our baby packs.

Dylan says "momma" when he cries. Breaks mama's heart every time leaves to go to work. At first we thought he was just vocalising and came up with a form of mommy. He directs it and stops when I pick him up. Dylan has a very soft heart, big alligator tears, the works.

Dylan has started to laugh at Daddy's jokes. He doesn't find Mommy's jokes to be all that funny... yet... give him time... ;-)

Neisha loves the camera. She has started to pose and roll to her side on her own. She is super strong, mentally and physically. Neisha carries on full cooing and vocalizing conversations. (What have we created?)

Mommy's morning puppet shows are a hit. Rafi music, Elmo and Big Bird. Mommy got a few new characters from Good Old Days. She got a dragon, white dog and a raccoon like creature to round out the show.

Baby Crack is still a favorite. We are branching out to "First Moves" and "World Animals" from the Baby Einstein collection. Grandma & Mommy scold Daddy when all the remotes don't work...

Grandma Gemma finds cool new outfits each day (from the boxes of clothes loaned/given to us from Auntie Jessica and Auntie Pam) to tempt Daddy into taking pictures. It works every time!

Daddy tempts Dylan with a Chandler Organic Strawberry, mommy got from the Farmers Market. (No, mommy didn't let Dylan eat it) Hand, mouth coordination is coming along nicely. He is almost ready for baby cereal.

Evening colic/screaming fits twin style. Until you've experienced this up close and personal, you'd have a hard time believing how crazy a twin melt down can get. These fits come on around 6 p.m. (just when everyone is dying to eat) with very little warning, except that it is 6 p.m. Mommy & Daddy are learning new calming techniques... which eventually work... never fast enough! ;-) We wonder where our calm easy going babies have gone... thank heavens this appears to be moments in time... (knock on wood!)

We are looking forward to our bouncing chairs, the Easter bunny is a really cool chap!
