Gosh, where does the time go? Dylan & Neisha are doing great. We are amazed daily by their new accomplishments. We have adjusted our living space to make room for more baby movement. Our living room / kitchen area looks like a day care!
The other day Neisha & Mowgli were hanging out in our little people zoo. Neisha went from petting Mowgli to pulling long strands of hair from his tail. Mowgli turned without reaction (which is great) and I told him he could move if he wanted. A few minutes later he got up and moved to the other side. A few minutes later I put Dylan in with Neisha to play. At some point Dylan grabbed Neisha's hair and pulled. Neisha cried. I found the encounter to be a bit comical, what goes around comes around.
Linz had his birthday on July 5th. We were able to video conference his parents in from India for our little party. Found some cool colored candles where the fire is the same color as the candle. Our own little fireworks celebration. Linz made his world famous ribs, I got a ice cream cake and we all had a pretty good day.
The babies are sleeping pretty good each night. Every night is a bit different. Neisha is our wild card. Still we are feeling much more rested than a few weeks ago, which helps everyone be happier during the day.
Daddy took some more pictures. He is getting really good. He had to sign a consent form when he picked up recent prints of his photos of the babies the other day. The lady said, "These photos look professionally done, so we need you to sign this form". Linz was amused and pleased. A sign that he has arrived. ;-)
Both babies are sitting up and playing together. Neisha can consistently feed herself wagon wheel crackers. She has also started playing with her tongue. Dylan sleeps all over his crib, never know where he will be when he gets up from sleep. Thank heavens for bumper pads.
