I get sentimental each year around our wedding anniversary. Lindsay & I celebrate 4 years today. Maybe it is the girl in me, mostly I think having a day each year to remember and take notice is critical to lifetime marriage success.
Life pulls us in so many directions -- time rushes by, daily routines take hold and it isn't hard to be swept up in the minutia of daily existence...
As we pause this day, taking the time to smell the roses and to reminisce, I can't help but feel a little piece of heaven, right here on earth.
