We were honored to have a small gathering at our home of friends and family on Sunday, March 1, 2009 to share in the blessing of Dylan and Neisha. My parents, David & Carla, brothers Michael and Monte, Lindsay's parents Gemma & Brennon (via phone) and sister Janine represented family.
We dressed the babies in the white outfits my parents brought for the event, handmade sweaters, hats and booties which Gemma brought from India (made by the nuns) and handmade blankets that Mary made for us.
Neisha was blessed by my father David and Dylan was blessed by my brother Monte.
My mother prepared a ton of food, we took pictures and we spent time chatting afterwards.
It was a lovely event and we appreciate all those who were with us at our home as well as those who were with us in spirit.
