Later! I'm downloading...
We all have pictures like this of our children. So glad we do. Most of the pictures we take as parents are those really cool shots when our children are dressed/look perfect. I love these photos because they are perfectly real and have Dylan & Neisha written all over them.
We are getting this eating thing down to a science. Yesterday I was rather shocked at the amount of baby oatmeal and fruit Dylan & Neisha put away for breakfast. With twins you get over the germ thing early. Sharing a single bowl of cereal, spoon, bottle etc. is very common. I've also gotten over separating fruit and cereal. No point in wasting time!
Neisha decided the other day that razing with a mouth full of food is really fun. Especially when food flies all over Mommy. It is really hard not to laugh, I find it funny. As the mommy, I find myself obligated to gently correct/ignore the behavior so my child can exist/function in public. Still, Neisha is rather clever and I find her testing to be both entertaining and intellectually stimulating.
Both Dylan & Neisha love their veggies. They are starting to get use to peaches, pears, bananas and apple sauce. We are following the "Becoming Baby Wise" schedule pattern and we are seeing tangible results. Dylan & Neisha are sleeping much better, 4-5 hours at a time through the night. We almost have enough sleep to function properly during the day. ;-) All of us go to bed at 8:00 p.m. --- pure exhaustion. We hear the first year with twins is the hardest, I will let you know if I agree when the babies turn 2 !
